Job Description
REQUIREMENT :
- Highly motivated individuals.
- Willing to learn, creative, and adapt with every challenge in game industry.
- Strong ownership and having Team leader spirit.
- Managing people experience.
- Communication skill, written and oral, both in Indonesian and English.
- Has experience using project management software (Trello/Notion/ Asana/ etc).
- Excellent of using google docs (docs, sheet, presentation) and google drive.
- Knowledge of game development life cycle is a plus.
- Able to prioritize task based on the work load and it’s effect to the schedule.
- Ability to handle pressures or tight schedule.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Coordinate with the development team that consists of different disciplines: game design, art, technical, etc.
- Identify project’s needs, brief the team, and ensure all project feature.
- Make sure the game project is delivered within the budget, schedule, and the level of quality that agreed upon.
- Create and maintain reports for every development team that involved in specific project.
- Being facilitator and make a solution if there is any blocker/issues on the team.
- Assist other departments (marketing, product development, etc) for development related tasks.
- Maintain Team Performance from the People Management Side.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENT :
- Graduated from school or college.
- Able to work full-time at Miracle Gates Entertainment Studio (Bali/ Jogja/ Malang).
